All Blissto Furnitures carry 2 years standard warranty. Optional advanced services and warranties are available and vary by product to product. You can contact your Blissto sales representatives for more information.

Blissto Furniture Warranty Overview.
Blissto will repair or replace, at our discretion and free of charge to the original purchaser, any parts covered by this warranty that on examination, by Blissto technical staff or the original parts supplier, are found to be defective in material and/or workmanship.
When you report a fault to Blissto please quote your original purchase invoice. The product or parts requiring repair/replacement must be returned to the address provided by the technical staff or sales representative also you will be responsible for the costs of packaging, postage, insurance, service fees and other costs. The warranty includes any labour cost incurred for the product being repaired by Blissto.
Any unauthorised attempt by anyone other than the manufacturer to repair or dismantle a piece of furniture will invalidate the warranty. You should never make alterations to the design of the chair or adapt it in any way, to do so will invalidate the warranty.
If the furniture is found not to be faulty then you will be informed and you will be charged for any labour and collection or return transport costs that Blissto incur.

Blissto reserves the right to inspect products returned from its customers in order to determine the cause of the problem. We will not be liable for a products failure in the following circumstances:

2. Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, flood, war, earthquake, etc.
3. Fabric damage resulting from misuse, negligence, abuse, accident or incorrect cleaning.
4. Furniture damage resulting from misuse, negligence, abuse, accident.
5. Product repaired, dismantled, or altered by unauthorized technical personnel.
